Delivery times vary according to the destination:
• 🇪🇺 European Union: about 5 working days
• 🌍 International: between 7 and 15 working days

1) Food products

For health and safety reasons, food products cannot be taken back or exchanged once delivered, except in the case of:

• Product on receipt
• Product error sent
• Missing product in the package

2) Damaged product / order error

If you receive a damaged item or an order error, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at the following address:

3) Proposed solution

After verification, we will be able to offer:

Below 10 kg, delivery costs are calculated automatically at the time of payment.
