Grown in the SAVA region, in Sambava, this Vanilla planifolia variety is carefully prepared and cured using traditional know-how. It is intended for professionals in pastry, chocolate making, ice cream production, gastronomy, and the premium food industry.

Our Gourmet vanilla beans are classified as non-split. They have a fleshy, supple, and naturally oily appearance, with a color ranging from dark brown to black. Their aromatic profile is rich, sweet, floral, and complex, with an intense and long-lasting vanilla flavor.

With a moisture content between 30% and 38%, the beans retain a soft texture and excellent aromatic richness. Their natural vanillin content ranges from 1.8% to 2.5%.

Each batch undergoes physicochemical and microbiological testing, including screening for pesticide residues, heavy metals, and mycotoxins.
